Learn to Dive in just two classroom and pool training days, and two separate day trips! Come and join us for the adventure of a lifetime learning to dive on the magnificent Outer Barrier Reef with Cairns most established and renowned dive operator.

The Budget option is designed for the traveler who is short of time and wants to learn to dive for the cheapest possible price. This option does not give the opportunity to sleep overnight on the reef. On completion of your 4 certification dives you will get the opportunity to do one 'fun dive' (time permitting)

Day 1 : Pool and Theory
9.00am pick-up from your city accommodation // Classroom theory // Dive medical (if required) // Lunch (not included) // Dive equipment selection // Pool training // 5.00pm return (approximately)

Day 2 : Pool and Theory
9.00am pickup from your city accommodation // Pool training //Lunch (not included) // Classroom theory // 5.00pm return (Approximately)

Day 3 : Two dives
7.30am pickup from your city accommodation // Cruise out to reef aboard our Day trip vessel // First training dive // Lunch // Second training dive // 5.00pm return to your accommodation

Day 4 : Three dives
7.30am pickup from your city accommodation // Cruise out to reef aboard our Day trip vessel // Final 2 training dives // Lunch // Certification as Open Water diver // Fun Dive // 5.00pm return to your accommodation

  • Return transfers from the Northern Beaches $20.00 Valid to 31st March 2020 - payable on the day of travel
  • Return transfers from the Northern Beaches $25.00 Valid from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 - payable on the day of travel

Departs:

Day 1:  Pick up 9.00am, brought to the shop

Day 2: Pick up 9.00am, brought to the shop

Day 3: Pick up 7.30am, check-in at the boat 8.00am

Day 4: Pick up 7.30am, check-in at the boat 8.00am

Returns: 5.00pm

Duration: 4 days

All start/finish times are approximate, pick up times will vary depending on accommodation location.

  • Return transfers from the Northern Beaches $25.00 Valid from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 - payable on the day of travel
  • TAXES & LEVIES $20 PER PERSON PER SEA DAY. Fee includes: EMC $3.50, Fuel Levy, Port and Administration Charges and GST $16.50
